Shipping policy

Order Processing:

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt (date order was placed).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on a business day will be processed the following business day.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 2-3 days.

Shipping Methods and Costs:

  • We offer standard and ground shipping (5-7 business days) via U.S. Postal Service or UPS.  
  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping is free on orders $100 and over (before tax).

Delivery Times:

  • Standard and ground shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for delivery within the continental United States. * International shipping times vary depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method. 

Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipping notification email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

International Shipping:

  • We ship internationally to select countries.
  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to their order. 

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please contact us for specific concerns regarding return instructions.
  • We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
